Bio
Founding partner Sofia Crosby established her legal practice in Vancouver in 2004. She brings extensive experience in real estate, corporate and small business law, with a particular focus on estate planning and asset protection.
Over the years, Sofia has helped clients navigate the preparation and management of wills, living wills, trusts, powers of attorney, discretionary trusts, and a wide range of estate planning documents. Her goal is to ensure that every client’s wishes are clearly documented and their assets properly protected for the future.
A dedicated member of the community, Sofia is especially passionate about supporting seniors and individuals during major life transitions. She previously served as a director with Vancouver Seniors Support Services, where she contributed legal insight and guidance in her advisory role. Sofia also volunteers her time delivering retirement and estate planning seminars across the community.
Sofia earned her law degree from the University of British Columbia and furthered her studies in Legal Studies at Simon Fraser University. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the British Columbia Bar Association, and the Law Society of British Columbia.
