Bio

Edward Hardy joined the firm in 2010, bringing a strong background in Aboriginal Law, Civil Litigation, Employment Law (Harassment), and Labour Law. His practice is defined by a practical, client-focused approach and a commitment to achieving effective outcomes in complex legal matters.

Edward has remained actively engaged in community service, previously serving as a director with Ottawa Community Support Services, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting seniors. He has also contributed to professional development initiatives by delivering legal seminars for entrepreneurs and small business owners through the Ottawa Business Growth Centre. In addition, Edward has presented on Employment Law (Harassment) and Labour Law to institutions and community organizations across Ottawa, Toronto, and Hamilton.

During his legal training at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, Edward was involved in a legal aid clinic where he supported members of the public in navigating small claims and employment-related matters. He also volunteered with a community legal clinic in Vancouver, providing assistance to individuals from underserved communities.

Edward earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 2009, after completing an honours degree in Political Science at the University of British Columbia in 2005. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Law Society of Ontario.
