Tiffany Lathe

Bio

Principal Attorney Tiffany Lathe established her first law practice in Kingston in 1996. She brings extensive experience in real estate, corporate and small business law, with a strong focus on estate planning.

Over the years, Tiffany has guided clients through the preparation and management of wills, living wills, trusts, powers of attorney, discretionary trusts, and a wide range of estate planning documents, ensuring their wishes are clearly defined and protected.

A dedicated and active member of the community, Tiffany has a particular passion for supporting seniors and addressing their unique legal needs. She previously served as a director at Kingston Services for Seniors, where she provided legal insight and guidance in her advisory role on the board. In addition, she regularly volunteers as part of a panel of experts delivering retirement planning seminars across the community.

Tiffany earned her degree from Queen’s University and furthered her studies in Legal Studies at the University of Waterloo. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Kingston Bar Association, and the Law Society of Upper Canada.
